this hotel is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. the staff is super friendly especially ms monica d'souza who was really helpful during my stay. the room was well-maintained, clean, and comfy. the location is perfect, close to restaurants and public transport to london and heathrow. i definitely plan on coming back.
